Super Easy Cookies and Cream Fudge
Ingredients:
- 3 Cups White Chocolate Chips
- 1 can (14 Ounces) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 3 cups coarsely crushed oreo cookies (or any cream filled chocolate cookies
Directions:
- In a heavy saucepan, melt white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and salt. Make sure the heat is low so it doesn’t burn.
- Once the white chocolate is melted, take it off the heat and add the cookies.
- Line an 8-inch square pan with wax paper, spread the mixture in it and chill for at least two hours. Keep it in the refrigerator until it is firm.
- Once it is firm, peel off the wax paper, cut it into small squares and serve.
- You can save the leftovers in the refrigerator. Make sure to cover it.

Notes:
If the white chocolate to sweetened milk ratio is less than what we mentioned, the fudge will be really sticky.
